Only what you type into a quote request: your name, email address, phone number, and an optional message. We also record the products and quantities in your request, and the vehicle you searched with if you used the vehicle finder.

We don't ask for payment details anywhere on this site, because nothing is sold here.

To prepare your quote, check the fitment against your vehicle and reply to you. We don't use it for anything else.

The offers checkbox on the quote form is optional and starts unticked. If you leave it unticked, we'll only contact you about the quote you asked for. If you tick it, you can unsubscribe at any time, and every message will tell you how.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It keeps two things in this browser's local storage, so they're still there when you come back. One is your cart: the products and quantities you add. It stays until you send a quote request. The other is a list of the quote requests you've sent from this browser: when you sent each one and the products and quantities in it. It never holds your name, email, phone number or message. You can empty the cart by removing the products, clear the list from your cart page, or remove both by clearing this site's data in your browser. There is no advertising or third-party tracking on any page.

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only when we have to in order to fulfil your request, for example with a supplier confirming stock, and only the details that are needed.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@platinumwheels.ca and we'll take care of it.
